I am a higher education specialist and have worked in universities in England, Canada and Ireland, since graduating with a PhD in 1990, from the University of Cardiff. I have always had outward facing roles and am fascinated by the part played by digital literacy in life generally and in higher education in particular. In 2008 I graduated from the University of Bath’s School of Management with a Doctorate in Business Administration (DBA) in Higher Education Management. My research explored the impact of globalization on higher education in Canada.
Previously at BPP University (a private, for profit university), I was Deputy Dean, Learning and Teaching and Director of Scholarship and Research. I am now Director for Postgraduate Programmes at the fast-growing Business School.
As a consultant (in my ‘spare’ time), I am involved with Ranmore Associates and I am also engaged with the University of Bath’s DBA in Higher Education Management.
